The Team

  • Directors - Aria Litherland, Jillian Krohne, Charlene Walker

    Oversees annual activity of Booster Club including, but not limited to:
    • Collaborates with Treasurer to create annual budget and reviews monthly financial reports
    • Collaborates with Shirt Coordinator to design 3 championship season t-shirts
    • Collaborates with team / Shirt Coordinator for 3 annual team shirts
    • Collaborates with Snack Coordinator to purchase 3 championship season snack orders at Sam’s
    • Collaborates with team and Webmaster to ensure Swim Outlet Site lists required equipment and apparel
    • Collaborates with Spirit Night Coordinator to email / communicate all Spirit Night events
    • Collaborates with Special Event Co-Chairs to plan, execute all special events
    • Schedules and leads Booster Club meetings and Coordinator meetings, as necessary
    • Maintains the bank checkbook and debit card, Sam’s membership card, and Wal-mart taxfree card
    • Monitors and communicates via swimohanaboosterclub@gmail.com email

  • Treasurer - Ann Beauregard

    • Creates annual budget
    • Maintains day-to-day financial records
    • Reconciles bank statements
    • Prepares monthly / annual financial reports
    • Monitors and communicates via swimohanaboosterclub@gmail.com email
    • Communicates with invidividuals who require 501(c)3 documentation
    • Deposits all received payment
    • Files annual tax return

  • Shirt Coordinator - Jason Blakey

    • Collaborates with Team to design and order 3 annual team shirts – calculate team order and ensure payment received from team
    • Collaborate with Webmaster to sell annual team shirts and / or championship season to parents and supporters on Booster Club site, collaborate with Director on pricing
    • Designs and orders 3 championship season shirts – ensure order placed and received prior to first championship meet
    • Ensure cost of shirts ordered meet budget
    • Obtain from team the count and shirt sizes of all swimmers and coaches before each and every order
    • Coordinate with Director to obtain check for payment and providing receipts to Treasurer
    • Pickup finished shirts from vendor for all orders separating all shirts into practice groups and / or orders

  • Snack Coordinator - Oyinade Tinorgah

    • Collaborates with Director on ordering bulk snacks from Sam’s
    • Picks up Sam’s order
    • Obtains count of swimmers at each championship meet; obtained from Athlete report attached to meet event
    • Provide needed information to Director to setup the number of volunteers to pick up snack back from Snack Coordinator and deliver to the morning of the first day of meet
    • Purchases fresh fruit for meets, as needed; provides receipts to Director / Treasurer for reimbursement
    • Coordinates with each meet volunteer to hand off snack bags prior to start of championship meet

  • Website / Swim Outlet Webmaster - Kim Laurence Salser

    • Oversees Booster Club website
    • Oversees Swim Outlet Team site
    • Lists all items for sale by Booster Club in “store”
    • Updates photos, event calendar, donation forms, and any other required info on the site
    • Collaborates with Coaches to ensure all appropriate equipment and apparel is listed on Swim Outlet Team site

  • Spirit Night Coordinator

    • Schedules monthly spirit night events
    • Obtain necessary documentation from Treasurer to ensure payment to Booster Club
    • Spirit Nights should take place within reasonable travel distance from pool
    • Collaborate with Director to communicate the events to the team and ensure listed on Team Event calendar
    • Collaborate with Webmaster to list on Booster Club website

  • Special Events Coordinators - Debi Dallmeyer & Meagan Rivas

    • Plans and executes all special events
    • Events include but not limited to:
    o Kick-off Pizza Party (August)
    o Annual Banquet (September)
    o Fall Fundraiser – Swim-a-thon (October / November)
    o Pancake Breakfast (December)
    o Long Course Season Kick-off Dinner (March)
    o “Egg My Yard” Fundraiser
    o Swimmer Egg Hunt / Breakfast Taco sale
    o End of Season Pizza Party (July)
    • Collaborates with Director / Treasurer on budget
    • Collaborates with Director / Treasurer on purchasing goods / food or caterer for all events
    • Collaborates with Director on volunteer / item needs to be listed on team site
    • Collaborates with Webmaster on photos, info, etc to be added to Booster Club site
    • Collaborates with Director / Webmaster on pricing for ticket / event sales as needed
